Arena Physica Labs

Powered by Atlas, Arena Physica Labs accelerates the hardware development cycle from concept to tapeout

Why Labs exists

In 50 years, software engineering went from punchcards to coding agents. Arena Physica Labs is bringing that same fundamental shift to hardware.

Our engineers design, validate, and build IP on behalf of partners, powered by Atlas, a platform that encodes the physics of your hardware and the expertise, experience, and learnings of your organization.

Arena Physica Labs is led by Dr. Harish Krishnaswamy, Chief Scientist, and Dr. Arun Natarajan, Distinguished RF Engineer. With over 15,000 combined citations and careers spanning Caltech, Columbia, IBM T.J. Watson, and DARPA-funded programs, they demonstrated the first integrated millimeter-wave phased arrays in silicon, and are now redefining how the next generation of RF systems are built.

What Labs does

Phased arrays (AESAs) are replacing mechanically-steered antennas across 5G, SATCOM, automotive radar, and defense, but designing them, from beamformer ICs to full array integration, means long cycles and heavy upfront investment. We offer phased array design, product development, and IP services at twice the speed.

As SoC I/O rates push into hundreds of gigabits per second, robust SerDes IP is critical for chip-to-chip, board-to-board, and optical interfaces across networking, AI acceleration, and HPC. Our SerDes design and IP services can compress your design cycle and time-to-market.

Traditional layout services lack analog, mixed-signal, and RF expertise, so post-layout performance is never guaranteed. Our silicon layout services, led by design experts, offer faster turnaround, post-layout guarantees, and US-based talent for work that can't go offshore.

Traditional high-speed and RF test services through OSATs are disconnected from the design flow, making post-silicon debugging and failure analysis slow and painful. Our test capabilities are integrated with Atlas, enabling rapid measurement-simulation correlation, root cause analysis, and yield management.
